On August 18^th, 2023 ENACOM released resolution 1134/2023, where expanded the band allocation for radars.

Now, level probing radars are allowed on 76-81 GHz band.

Important:

1. Level probing radars are allowed on 76-81 GHz band

1. Max EIRP:

1. Average: -3 dBm in 1 MHz

2. Peak: +34 dBm in 50 Mhz

2. Max Equivalent Electric Field Intensity allowed:

1. Average: 92,26 dBμV/m @ 3m. RBW: 1 MHz

2. Peak: 129, 26 dBμV/m @ 3m. RBW: 50 MHz

2. Enforcement date is date of publication: August 18^th, 2023

3. Foreign reports are accepted as long as they comply with limit established on technical standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1

4. ENACOM DoC is requested. It must include:

1. Manufacturer name and address or importer in Argentina

2. Product description (brand, model, etc)

3. Declaration of compliance to standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1

4. Signatory identification (name, surname, position)

5. Date
