Enterprise Singapore(CPSO) had issue a circular pertaining for AC Adaptors that can deliver more than 100W on 7^th of September, there are some discussion on certifying 100W for the past 2 months .

So now Enterprise had issue this circular to clarify on how AC adaptors that can deliver more than 100W of power to connected equipment shall ensure compliance with IEC 62368-1.

Compliance to the relevant safety standards such as IEC 62368-1 is required for Controlled Good registration/ renewal.

Please note that the circular only applies to AC adaptors which can deliver more than 100W of power to connected equipment. No action is required for:

• Other categories of Controlled Goods

• AC adaptors which deliver below 100W of power to connected equipment
