Let me add some more information in items (4), (5), (6) on QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT
MIC officially issued QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT for GSM/WCDMA/LTE terminal equipment at the link  https://mic.gov.vn/Upload_Moi/VanBan/20TT04012024_162536.PDF 

There is some of brief information about QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT as below: 

1.       QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT is effected from Feb 15, 2024 

2.       From Feb 15, 2024 to June 30,2024, importer/manufacturer can conduct TAC according to QCVN 117:2020/BTTTT or QCVN 117:2023/BTTT. 

3.       From Jul 1, 2024, importer/manufacturer must conduct on QCVN 117:2023/BTTT. 

Currently there has not been any labs designated to conduct QCVN 55:2023/BTTTT and QCVN 117:2023/BTTT. 

4.   LTE phone is exempted from testing the VoLTE function and items 2.2.12,2.2.13,B.2.2.18, B2.2.19 (TPR and TRS). TPR and TRS are added for both 3G-WCDMA and 4G-LTE but temporarily not apply. The  time of applying 2.2.12,2.2.13,B.2.2.18, B2.2.19 (TPR and TRS) will be regulated in another regulation of List of potentially unsafe products under controlled by MIC (similar to 04/2023/TT-BTTTT)

5.       “VoLTE” must be shown on the label of LTE phone to be complied with 43/2017/NĐ-CP, 18/2022/TT-BKHCN  

6.     There are 3 bands: 28, 40, 41 are added to 4G-LTE
