I. MIC issued 04/2023/TT-BTTTT on the List of Products required TAC and DoC to replace 02/2022/TT-BTTTT, with the key information as below: 

1. Effected from Jul 15, 2023 instead of Jul 1, 2023 

2. Update version of some QCVN such as QCVN 18 version 2022 

3. Update some HS Code 

4. Add new requirement QCVN 132 for many types of products such as Desktop PC, laptop/tablet/TV/Setop box for IPTV/cable, QCVN 130 for audio device band 25-2000MHz, DECT phone. 

5. But QCVN 132 report is mandatory required from Jan 1, 2024 not Jul 15, 2023. Only DECT is requied IEC 62368-1:2018 report from Jul 15, 2023 to Dec 31,2023 and QCVN 132 from Jan 1, 2024' 

6. Required TAC for IoT narrow band E-UTRA 

7. Replace inductive device by wireless charger 

8. Listed detail sub bands for audio device in 25 to 2000 MNHz. 

9. Describe the EIRP of wifi from 60 mW to 200mW instead of EIRP more than or equal 60mW. 

10. Not allow the mobile phone without LTE after Jun 30, 2023. 

11. Not allow 5G phone supports only one mode SA or NSA. Last time is Jun 30, 2024.

II. New Energy efficicency roadmap for some home appliance and office devices.

Prime minister also issued 02/2023/QĐ-TTg about the energy efficiciecy with the key point as follow:

1.  Comes into force from mJuly 15, 2023. 

2. Some mode devices will be requied energey efficinecy such as: Desktop,  infra hops and inductive hops (From April 1, 2025). 

3. Applied some new standards for laptop/notebook, TV set (From April 1, 2025).
