On 15. November 2019, Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Authority issued an update for "Guidelines 008/G/R/SM-ICT/RURA/2019 of 15/11/2019 on the use of short range devices (SRDs)”
This guideline defines technical parameters and operational requirements. Annex 2 consists of the updated National Frequency table including the regulatory requirements, available frequency bands and output power limits.
After a transitional period (Article 16) of 3 months, these regulations came into force on 2020-02-15.
