Based on Macao Post and Telecommunications (CTT) publishment Law No. 21/2024 on November 11, 2024, the Low-Power Devices (LPDs) and Short-Range Devices (SRDs) that use mobile networks, such as mobile phones, tablets, or other devices using SIM cards is exempted from type approval from January 1, 2025.
