Recently the Argentina Secretaria de Industria y Comercio published a new resolution 16/2025 with 3 Annex. 

The main modification is the labeling for cord plugs as below summary:

BEFORE: CORD plugs is mandatory with a labeling according to IRAM plugs 2073/2071 showing the following text:

NOW: any plug is allowed with certified adapter complaint with IRAM 2073/2071 with following mandatory TAG: ``Este producto no es provisto con ficha de alimentación normalizada para la República Argentina. Para no comprometer la

seguridad en su uso, se requiere el uso de un adaptador certificado con toma de tierra``. This product is not supplied with a standard power plug for the Republic of Argentina. In order not to compromise its safety, the use of a certified adapter with grounding is required.
