Paraguay The Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) published Resolution Directorio N° 1035/2025 to authorize 5925-6425 MHz band for low power wireless access systems. The 6 GHz sub-band 6425-7125 MHz is forbidden, and all Wi-Fi 6E devices in Paraguay must have this sub-band disabled. Manufacturers and Importers who are interested in including the Wi-Fi 6E feature in certificates of already approved products may request a partial modification to their current certificates.
