GB/T 26572-2011《电子电气产品中限用物质的限量要求》及其第1号修改单、GB 26572-2025《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用要求》等有关国家标准已发布。为确保电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定工作有序实施，现将有关要求明确如下：
一、本公告发布之日至2025年12月31日，企业应依据GB/T 26572-2011或GB/T 26572-2011及其第1号修改单或GB 26572-2025开展合格评定活动；2026年1月1日至2027年7月31日，应依据GB/T 26572-2011及其第1号修改单或GB 26572-2025开展合格评定活动；2027年8月1日起，应依据GB 26572-2025开展合格评定活动。
二、2026年1月1日起，已依据GB/T 26572-2011完成合格评定活动且继续出厂、进口的产品，应在2027年1月1日前依据GB/T 26572-2011及其第1号修改单或GB 26572-2025完成合格评定转换；2027年8月1日起，已依据GB/T 26572-2011及其第1号修改单完成合格评定活动且继续出厂、进口的产品，可采取到期换证、产品变更等自然过渡的方式依据GB 26572-2025完成合格评定转换。
三、依据GB/T 26572-2011及其第1号修改单或GB 26572-2025开展电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定活动的检测方法按照GB/T 39560系列标准中相应部分执行。

Translation of the notice issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 18 November 2025:
The national standards GB/T 26572-2011 Requirements of concentration limits for certain restricted substances in electrical and electronic products (including Amendment 1) and GB 26572-2025 Requirements for the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products have been promulgated.
To ensure an orderly implementation of conformity-assessment activities relating to the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, the following requirements are hereby clarified:
From the date of this announcement to 31 December 2025, enterprises shall carry out conformity-assessment activities in accordance with either GB/T 26572-2011, or GB/T 26572-2011 plus its Amendment 1, or GB 26572-2025.
From 1 January 2026 to 31 July 2027, conformity-assessment activities shall be conducted in accordance with either GB/T 26572-2011 plus its Amendment 1 or GB 26572-2025.
From 1 August 2027 onward, conformity-assessment activities shall be conducted exclusively in accordance with GB 26572-2025.
Starting from 1 January 2026, products that have already completed conformity-assessment under GB/T 26572-2011 and continue to be shipped or imported must be re-assessed under either GB/T 26572-2011 plus its Amendment 1 or GB 26572-2025 before 1 January 2027.
From 1 August 2027 onward, products that have completed conformity-assessment under GB/T 26572-2011 plus its Amendment 1 and continue to be shipped or imported may transition naturally to GB 26572-2025 through certificate renewal or product-change procedures.
When conducting conformity-assessment activities for the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products under GB/T 26572-2011 plus its Amendment 1 or under GB 26572-2025, the corresponding parts of the GB/T 39560 series of standards shall be used as the test methods.
