Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina published Resolución 1188/2024 on December 3, 2024, which allocates the following frequency bands for Fixed Satellite Service (FSS): 71-76 GHz (Space-to-Earth) and 81-86 GHz (Earth-to-Space). Authorized users of these services will comply with the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-27) regarding limits of power flux-density and EIRP for satellite services. FSS permit holders must modify operations, if needed, to comply with future regulations related to this procedure.  Local testing will be expected be waived and foreign test reports accepted, until the local labs have the capability to test locally.
