为提高无线电频谱资源利用效率，推动无线电产业高质量发展，根据我国产业发展实际情况，工业和信息化部决定废止《工业和信息化部关于发布40-50吉赫兹（GHz）频段固定业务中点对点无线接入系统频率使用事宜的通知》（工信部无〔2013〕500号）和《工业和信息化部关于发布40-50吉赫兹（GHz）频段移动业务中宽带无线接入系统频率使用事宜的通知》（工信部无〔2013〕502号）。
自本通知施行之日起，各级无线电管理机构不再受理和审批使用40-50吉赫兹（GHz）频段固定业务中点对点无线接入系统、移动业务中宽带无线接入系统设备的无线电发射设备型号核准以及新的频率使用许可，已依法设置、使用的无线电台可以使用至报废为止。
本通知自2026年1月1日起施行。

Relevant departments of the State Council, competent departments of industry and information technology of relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, radio management institutions of Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region:
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of radio spectrum resources and promote the high-quality development of the radio industry, in accordance with the actual situation of China's industrial development, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has decided to repeal the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing Matters Concerning the Frequency Use of Point-to-Point Wireless Access Systems in the Fixed Service within the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) Frequency Band" (Document No. 500 [2013] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing Matters Concerning the Frequency Use of Broadband Wireless Access Systems in the Mobile Service within the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) Frequency Band" (Document No. 502 [2013] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology).
As of the date of implementation of this notice, radio management institutions at all levels shall no longer accept and approve the type approval of radio transmitting equipment for point-to-point wireless access systems in the fixed service and broadband wireless access systems in the mobile service using the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) frequency band, as well as new frequency use permits. The radio stations that have been lawfully set up and are in use may continue to be used until they are scrapped.
This notice shall come into force as of January 1, 2026.
