Based on the earlier notification dated 7 July 2025, the National Centre for Communication Security (NCCS) has announced an extension to the exemption from Security Certification for cloud-based IP Routers and Wi-Fi CPEs. The exemption, which was previously valid until 31 March 2026, has now been extended further until 31 August 2026.
This extension provides continued regulatory relief to stakeholders deploying cloud-based IP Routers and Wi-Fi CPEs, enabling smoother operations and supporting ongoing innovation in network infrastructure.
