Follow last month's information, update the details key changes for Mongolia Communications Regulatory Commission (CRC) new regulations regarding certifying information and communication equipment on February 13, 2026. Please find the key changes below:

1. Required the LoA for a local representative.

2. Removed " The test report validity is 6 years". New regulation: No limit.

3. Removed "CoC renewal/extension". New regulation: will issue a new certificate every 3 years, and the certificate number will remain the same. 

4. Removed "TA board meeting shall be held 2 times a month". New regulation: The qualified specialist will make an evaluation, and the CEO will sign the CoC.

5. Required documents are not changed. Required: LoA, DoC, Test reports (S&H, EMC, RF), technical spec, product description, user manual, photos external/internal.

6. 4-year Validation is possible but need one sample for RF and EMC testing.
